工作職責(zé)：

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with Wire strategy, commitments and goals.
Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, define project tasks and resource requirements.
Assemble and coordinate project staff, manage project resource allocation.
Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Support global product group activities in China

崗位要求：

Job requirements:

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP / PMI certificated is preferred

2. Work experience

?>5 years of working experience in international industrial company
?Experienced in project management and product marketing related

3. Expertise and methodology

Advanced written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.)

Must act as a leader in the cross-functional team.
Be able to travel >15% of working time in China and overseas
Strong analytical and organizational skills
