工作職責(zé)：

Job description:

Product Marketing

-?? Develop and maintain technical customer relationship to local car manufacturers and system suppliers

-?? Identify market trend regarding automotive cables and automotive cable applications

-?? Collect and analyze market and competitor information

-?? Collect and analyze supply chain information

-?? Promotion and market development of the LEONI product portfolio

-?? Product marketing including development of product catalogues, brochures, technical presentations, technical trainings and participation at engineering fairs

-?? Participation in working groups and standardization committees

-?? Design-in of LEONI products in early development phases at the customer

-?? Technical support during RFQ phase and early business bidding phase

-?? ?

Product Portfolio Management

-?? Portfolio responsibility

-?? Product life cycle management

-?? Perform SWOT analysis

-?? OEM-approvals for Asian OEM's (initial approval as well as plant approvals)

-?? Initiate and review regular portfolio ratio projects

-?? ?

Project Management

-?? Triggering and replacement of all roll-out/localization project

-?? Definition of specification requirements for product developments

-?? ?

PPAP

-?? Coordinating PPAP preparation and approval

Others

-?? Customer complaint support before SOP

-?? ELV, VOC, Odor… Testing Coordinate windows

崗位要求：

Qualifications:

-?? Bachelor degree or above in cable engineering, harness, electronic engineering or etc.

-?? More than 5 years’ experience in cable design/manufacture or harness design/manufacture (FAKRA, HSD, Ethernet)

-?? Good communication skill in English listening, reading, writing and speaking

-?? Be familiar with IATF 16949 system

-?? Qualification in project management, PMP/PMI certificated is preferred

-?? Proficient in Mrcrosoft Office(Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc)

-?? ?

Other Requirements:

-?? Be able to travel >20% of working time in China
