工作職責(zé)：

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with Wire strategy, commitments and goals.

負(fù)責(zé)具體項(xiàng)目的總體指導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)、實(shí)施、執(zhí)行、把控和完成，確保與線束加工業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略、承諾和目標(biāo)保持一致。
Lead the planning and implementation of projects.

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和實(shí)施。
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, define project tasks and resource requirements.

促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目范圍、目標(biāo)和可交付成果的定義，定義項(xiàng)目任務(wù)和資源需求。
Assemble and coordinate project staff, manage project resource allocation.

組織和協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目員工，管理項(xiàng)目資源分配。
Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools

計(jì)劃和安排項(xiàng)目時(shí)間表，并使用恰當(dāng)?shù)墓ぞ吒欗?xiàng)目交付成果。
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

不斷監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，并向所有的利益相關(guān)者報(bào)告。
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

提交項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、問題和解決方案的報(bào)告。
Support global product group activities in China

支持全球產(chǎn)品組在中國的活動。

崗位要求：

Education

教育背景

Bachelor’s degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

自動化/機(jī)電一體化/機(jī)械/電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位
Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP / PMI certificated is preferred

目管理或擁有同等資質(zhì)，持有PMP/PMI認(rèn)證優(yōu)先考慮

Work experience

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

>5 years of working experience in international industrial company

>5年以上國際工業(yè)行業(yè)公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experienced in project management and product marketing related

Expertise and methodology

Advanced written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
