一. 崗位的目的：

1. Commodity Management Role for whole of AP region

2. Provide commodity strategy and achieve cost target for assigned commodity

二、工作職責(zé)Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of procurement markets, worldwide market cultivation

2. Selection of series suppliers

3. Planning and implementation of the supplier strategy within the material group at the site and within the Prettl plants in AP

4. Conduct price negotiations

5. Supplier evaluation and development?

崗位要求：

一、任職資格Requirements:

1. 學(xué)歷和專業(yè)Degree and Majority ：

本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械電氣自動(dòng)控制專業(yè)

bachelor degree or above , major in industrial engineering or business management

2. 培訓(xùn)和資歷 Training and Qualification

采購管理，成本分析

Purchasing management, cost analysis, negotiation skills

3. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Years of Working Experience

5年以上項(xiàng)目采購管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

At least 5 years sourcing related experience or above

4. 核心技能和素質(zhì)?Key Skills and Competency

（1）良好的人際交往能力和談判技巧

Good human communication ability and negotiations skill

（2）具備較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力和學(xué)習(xí)能力

Great power of execution and Learning ability

（3)具備問題解決能力
