2021年7月1日，Kristijan Bauer博士加入羅森伯格集團管理團隊，并擔任首席運營官(COO)一職。Eric Küppers已于2021年5月1日在Fridolfing就職，并擔任首席執(zhí)行官(CEO)。Kristijan Bauer博士將與Eric Küppers一起，共同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)羅森伯格集團在全球范圍內(nèi)執(zhí)行其企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略。

Küppers先生和Bauer博士豐富的國際化企業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗將成為羅森伯格集團持續(xù)發(fā)展的寶貴財富。

Eric Küppers曾在多家私人和國際化公司中擔任過重要職位。加入羅森伯格之前，他曾在泰科電子（TE）擔任全球汽車事業(yè)部總裁，負責汽車業(yè)務(wù)。

Kristijan Bauer博士曾在國際化公司德國大陸集團（Continental AG）工作20余年并擔任國際管理職位。加入羅森伯格之前，他曾在費斯托公司（Festo SE & Co. KG）負責全球生產(chǎn)，費斯托公司專注于自動化和控制技術(shù)，是一家在規(guī)模和組織上與羅森伯格相似的家族企業(yè)。

羅森伯格仍將繼續(xù)保持家族所有?，F(xiàn)任常務(wù)董事，羅森伯格兄弟Peter, Hans和Bernhard將退出日常運營管理，參與新成立的監(jiān)事會，今后新管理層將直接向監(jiān)事會報告。

The technology company Rosenberger has succeeded in strengthening the company's management for the next step towards future growth.?

Starting on July 1, 2021, Dr. Kristijan Bauer has joined the management team of the Rosenberger Group as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Along with Eric Küppers, who already took up his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Fridolfing on May 1, 2021, he will work together to lead the organization to implement the Rosenberger Group’s corporate strategy across the globe.?

The entrepreneurial and international experience that Mr. Küppers and Dr. Bauer bring to the Rosenberger Group will be a great asset for the expanding company.?

Eric Küppers has already held various positions in private as well as internationally operating companies. Most recently, he was responsible for the automotive business at the technology company TE Connectivity as President Global Automotive.?

Dr. Kristijan Bauer held international management positions at the globally operating Continental AG for more than 20 years and was most recently responsible for the worldwide production at Festo SE & Co. KG, an automation and control technology company which is a family-owned company of similar size and structure to Rosenberger.?

Rosenberger will continue to be family-owned. The current managing directors, brothers Peter, Hans and Bernhard Rosenberger, will withdraw from the daily operational business and participate in the newly created Supervisory Board, to which the new management will report in the future.
